These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the GenniRx platform operated by GenniRx, Inc., a Florida C-Corporation. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is intended solely for licensed cardiologists and authorized employees of cardiology practices. Patients are not users of the Service and do not access the platform.
GenniRx provides a prescription refill workflow automation platform designed to assist cardiology practices with medication tracking, refill timing, patient reminder communications, and internal workflow management.
GenniRx provides a guided setup wizard that walks new users through the platform before entering live patient data. GenniRx is also developing a full Demo Mode environment that will allow prospective users to explore platform features using pre-loaded non-production data without requiring a subscription.
GenniRx does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service does not replace the professional judgment of licensed healthcare providers. All clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Customer.
GenniRx does not guarantee medication availability, refill completion, patient compliance, or prevention of adverse medical events. The Service is a workflow tool only.

GenniRx does not guarantee uninterrupted service, system availability, or message delivery. The Customer is responsible for maintaining independent procedures to ensure continuity of care.
The Service facilitates SMS messaging via Twilio. The Customer is responsible for obtaining patient consent and complying with all applicable laws. GenniRx is not responsible for delivery failures, carrier delays, or patient non-response.
Plans: Starter at $99 per month. Practice at $249 per month. Hospital at $599 per month. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount.
GenniRx is a subscription-based service. Billing begins immediately upon account activation. By subscribing, you authorize GenniRx to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this Agreement.
GenniRx offers a limited refund window of fourteen (14) days from the date of initial purchase for new customers who have not actively used the platform. Active use includes:
Once the Service has been actively used, it is considered fully delivered and becomes non-refundable. All refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of GenniRx.
GenniRx reserves the right to deny any refund request that appears to be an attempt to use the platform for temporary operational benefit without intent to maintain a subscription.
By entering patient data, creating prescriptions, or initiating communications, the Customer acknowledges that the Service has been fully accessed and utilized and that the subscription is no longer eligible for refund.
GenniRx is designed to support HIPAA-compliant workflows and implements encryption and access controls through systems including Supabase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenniRx shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid by the Customer in the prior three months.
GenniRx may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, or compliance risks.
The Service is not intended for emergency medical use. Customers must not rely on the Service for urgent or life-threatening situations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

GenniRx facilitates message delivery but does not obtain consent directly from patients.
